My article, in which Maxwell equations are solved analytically in a dispersive medium (the first solution of this sort in history), have not been reviewed for 100 days. While its status is "Seeking Reviewer", I have published two monographs. The second century starts today. The article was returned after 199 days as purely mathematical.
