I heard many times and maybe, told myself about this strange phenomenon. One can be reflecting of something as long as he wants, but if he writes down the thoughts, he comes to conclusions which he would never make otherwise. Now I have to add one detail. Typing in computer, writing by a pencil, by a ball pen and by a fountain pen gives different results. I recommend to try all these things.
