Waves in dispersive matter

Maxwell equations in dispersive matters are known to be unsolvable because some Nobel prize winners, which worked on the subject, failed to solve them. In fact, it was easy. I have posted an article in which I show how to do it. Who wants to know how to do it, please, visit http://astrin.uz/rus/seminars/public/exp.pdf , as JMP refuses to deliver this information to the readers.

As far as I know, this article presents historically the first case of constructing the complete solution of Maxwell equations in a dispersive matter. It was rejected by the Journal of Mathematical Physics, where it took 200 days to see that mathematical methods for solving Maxwell equations are out of the scope of this journal. Perhaps, something about 26-dimensional space-time is regarded as something more physical than electromagnetic waves.
