It may well happen

It may well happen that in near future the Uzbek Journal of Physics will become one of the most interesting physical journals in the world. First, because it never publishes superstupidities and second because it is the only one which has published analytical solutions of the Maxwell equations for electromagnetic waves propagating in a matter whose permittivity and permeability are not constants.
